Home

Here are some examples of my listings.

Completed in 1993, this lovely home is on Modena Island and faces the Intracoastal waterway. It has approximately 5,100 sq. ft. of living space, a swimming pool, dock and floating dock. Modena is a private community just north of Skidaway Island. The island was once owned by the Roebling family. John Roebling designed the Brooklyn Bridge.

The house on the left is located at 205 W. Huntingdon St., two blocks west of Forsyth Park. It is a prime example of the opportunity to renovate existing structures within the Victorian District. It was completed in June 2002. The frame duplex to its right is currently being renovated.

These town homes on Tattnall St. are new construction and were completed in 2000. Built by J.T. Turner, they have 2,650 sq. ft. of living space and each is equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, elevator, intercom, garage, and a spacious wood deck on the rear.
